For the past week my husband, Michael, and I have been traveling around, visiting friends in Cincinnati and Knoxville. The days have been filled with good meals (we loved Ambar Indian Restaurant in Cincy, and put together a delicious and vegetarian-friendly BBQ at our friends’ house in TN), long roads, and lots and lots of laughing.
